Where do you make bookings for adventure acitivites in your holiday destination?

I am looking to book some jet skiing, boat rides, booze cruises, etc and some local excursions for my up coming holiday just outside Cannes in the south of France.

Are there any websites/services that offer this kind of thing?

The better the hotel is, the more they will have to offer. Concierge is a French word, and the French especially are excellent at arranging activities. Jet skiing should be simple, just go to the beach and look for jet ski rentals. They will certainly have them. Boat rides are even simpler, just question your hotel to recommend one and arrange it. The booze cruise is going to be the toughest thing to find (as in the kind they have in the Caribbean) but it won’t be hard to find a boat trip that has a full bar.
