What is a fair minimum holiday to give to workers in the Eid period. Should holiday start on Saturday (today)?

If you could only give someone the minimum holiday what should the minimum time be?
This is not about meanness it is about necessity…
Sensible answers only please!

I reckon first 2 days is the minimum.
but if you really need workers at this days you can split the team like half of them take first 2 days and the other half take the the other 2 days.

My answer is probably late, but the feast is 3 days.
