What are the best sites to see weather of holiday destinations?

We want to see the weather in different holiday destinations at different times of the year and at different times during the same month, for example. I know weather comparison sites exist, but I cant remember the URL and Google was not helpful. Any thoughts?

I use this;

http://uk.weather.com/

for where I live (Izmir, Turkey) and find it reliable. They have excellent info. on climate month by month and list many holiday destinations.
