At 07:55, the waves sound like they are voiced by Carroll Spinney in this cartoon. If you listen in very closely, you can tell that when the waves say “Oh, yeah?”, they sound very much like Oscar the Grouch. If this is one of Carroll Spinney’s very first voice talents, then I’d must be surprised.
