How do you rate those overseas packaged tours operated by Malaysian travel agents?

Have you ever been cheated and in what way? Like optional tours, meals,etc. Which are excellent travel agents you have travelled with? I never like those China tours with add-ons: optional tours, bell boy tips, additional tips for bus driver, etc. Western countries tours are more professional. No other add ons. What is your experience on this?

For overseas tours, the Malaysian tour operaters price does not include those extras because it would make the price low and affordable than it really is….. China ? For some cheap tours, meals include rat meat, boil dog soup…..and the public toilet is only an open drain….. For “Western type” tours. everything [including tips , etc.] are included in the price….

i havenever experience this before, but i heard from ppl many of the tours are terribly manage and very lousy
