I dont know if he is a fantastic guy or a complete asshole. I do know but that he was late to pay royalties but not because he told anyone to delay paying them. He told others to pay everybody what was owed. He was not exactly a hands on manager, but hardly dishonest. You clearly have not read the court paperwork or even know anything beyond what you read in a headline. As an attorney I can tell you this was a very disturbing case. EBR is the one trying to sell songs to corp.USA, NOT JB.

Dont be so quick to give your opinion on things you do not know. Some royalties were slow in being paid but he always said to pay them. He could have been more on top of things but it was NOT fraud. The huge payout was for his failure to promote the back catalog. Something I do not believe any artist should be responsible to do. The band stole credits for HIS songs. Without him the band was NOTHING. They should have kissed his ass, not sue him. Ungratefull bastards.
He is a bit of a hypocrite dont you reckon? When he was found guilty of fraud. Lining his own pockets at his fellow band members expense. Then going on a spoken word tour to play the victim and bitch about it like a spoilt small brat who’s mommy has take his toy from him. If money means so small to him why rip his own friends off?
